By accessing or using Afrigen ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. Afrigen is owned and operated by Al-ameen Olanrewaju, based in Nigeria.
Afrigen is an AI-powered content generation platform that allows users to generate videos, images, and other creative content using artificial intelligence. We provide both free and paid subscription plans.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Afrigen operates on a credit-based system. Free users receive 10 starting credits and 2 video generations per day. Pro users receive 100 credits per month with unlimited video generation. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
Content you generate using Afrigen belongs to you. However, by using our platform, you grant Afrigen a non-exclusive license to use generated content for improving our services. The Afrigen platform, logo, and branding remain the intellectual property of Al-ameen Olanrewaju.
Afrigen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may sometimes produce unexpected results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afrigen and Al-ameen Olanrewaju shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at afrigenng@gmail.com.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
